NAACP installs new officers
The local Effingham County Branch of the NAACP recently installed new officers.
They are: The Rev. Jasper Lee, first vice-president; Leroy Lloyd, president; the Rev. Delmons White, second vice-president; Diann Hicklen, secretary; Nellar Lonon, assistant secretary; Herlene White, treasurer; and Edise Cope, assistant treasurer.
