Habitat for Humanity of Effingham County will host the Blandford Trail 5K Run/Walk starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday, July 27.
The Blandford Trail is a wooded course located next to Blandford Elementary School at 4650 McCall Road in Rincon. Volunteers will be posted to guide runners and walkers through the length of the race.
All proceeds will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Effingham County.
The $30 registration fee can be paid at the Habitat ReStore at 3605 Ga. 21 in Rincon, online at www.active.com, or on site the day of the event.
The run/walk is for anyone from advanced to beginners, with medals or prices to be awarded to winners for each age division.
