Effingham County Recreation and Parks kicked off its fall baseball and softball season on Thursday, Aug. 6. ECRP has teams in four leagues, from ages 6-13 years old. Each team will play 10 games over the next five weeks. The fall season helps prepare the participants for the league they will play in during the upcoming spring season.
Registration is going on now for Adult Flag Football and Adult Volleyball at Effingham County Recreation and Parks. The deadline to register is Sept. 11. The fee for both is $200. A deposit of $150 is due at the time of registration for football and $75 is due when registering for volleyball. Volleyball will start the week of Sept. 28; football will start mid to late October.
