Effingham commissioners honor Air Force Academy student

Effingham County commissioners presented Samuel J. Valleroy with a certificate of recognition for his Congressional nomination to the Air Force Academy.

Valleroy, who was nominated by former U.S. Rep. Jack Kingston, will attend the academy in June. He was reared in Effingham County.
