Georgia's Department of Audits and Accounts has released state employee salaries for fiscal year 2014.

According to the state auditor, it is a requirement by the Official Code of Georgia 50-6-27, to "compile listings of Personal Services and Travel Expense paid by State Agencies, Boards, Authorities, Commissions, Regional Educational Service Agencies, State of Georgia Technical Colleges, Units of the University System of Georgia and Georgia Military College, and Local Boards of Education for the year ended June 30, 2010, in accordance with Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants."
According to the department's web site:
"We (state auditor's office) have not audited or reviewed the accompanying listings of Personal Services and Travel Expense and Professional Services information and, accordingly, do not express an opinion or any other form of assurance on this information. "
