Students in the Grace Academy parent/teacher co-op donated 138 food items to the Manna House on Nov. 20.
The co-op is currently raising funds for a building for a private Christian school.
The group has not found an available building yet, but they hope to be settled by the fall.
They prefer a Rincon location with room to grow, organizers said.
Teacher for the co-op’s students is Gale Browning. Students range in age from 5 to 11.
The co-op was founded after Effingham Christian closed.
