SPRINGFIELD - Effingham County shot 14 of 16 from the free-throw line and eased past Southeast Bulloch 38-23 in a non-region game.

Neither team had a player in double figures. Demetra Anderson led the Rebels (7-3) with eight points.

RICHMOND HILL - Shon Gibbons scored 15 points and Shameka Gibbons added 11 to lead the Rebels to the non-region win.

The Rebels moved above the .500 to 6-5 with the victory. Richmond Hill fell to 6-4 despite 11 points from Sarah Brown.
